Darcelle Lahr, Ed.D.

From Our Leadership To Yours


Darcelle Lahr, E.D., leads the efforts of the Integral Consulting team. She brings to clients a unique breadth of cross-cultural expertise in business strategy, program development, management, implementation, finance, and program operations. Darcelle and her team deliver management and growth support to emerging businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Darcelle also serves as Professor of Business Practice in the Lokey School of Business and Public Policy at Mills College.  In addition, she is the Founder and Executive Director of L.C. and Lillie Cox Haven of Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting socially-minded entrepreneurs and small business owners in delivering valuable services to vulnerable communities.

 

Darcelle's passion is in providing compassionate, seasoned guidance to social change agents in transitioning from early-stage visionaries to purposeful, ethical leaders and governance directors.  Her current programs address systemic inequities facing marginalized, previously incarcerated, and immigrant women through social entrepreneurship.    

 

Darcelle earned her Doctorate in Education and her Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership from Mills College, is an honored graduate of the Transnational Executive MBA Program of CSU East Bay, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. 

 

Darcelle is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in the state of California.
